Size Doesn’t Matter
As you can imagine after 25 years in the game we have worked on various Landscapes & Design. From small front yard landscaping in suburban Ocean Shores. To large resort & commercial landscapes we do it all.
Work in Progress
With a recent job in Ocean Shores we were asked to build a stone garden edge. The client then mentioned he also wanted a vegetable garden. We were then asked to lay some pavers to tie the whole garden together. We are always happy to help in developing the vision as the garden comes together in front of the client. We can assist in this by suggesting landscapes & design as we complete each section.

Our Speciality
With landscapes & design our speciality is working on large acreage properties. We have a style and love large flowing grass areas bordered by tropical gardens beds. This opens up the space on the property. For clients to enjoy and utilise which they have purchased with their hard earned money. Often times we encounter properties which have been overrun by large established areas of weeds. We convert the weeds into open usable grasslands. Then we often fringe it with local native rainforest trees and lomandras.
Increasing the Acreage Available Whilst Increasing Value
Through this process, we have helped clients with acreage properties increase the amount of land they can actually use and enjoy. One example is a client who has just under 3 acres of usable land and now he has 23 acres of land to enjoy. The client can walk through the property without a worry in the world. It’s also easily maintainable. This way we also significantly increase the value of the property. So landscaping is a worthwhile investment. This property eventually sold for an extra 1 million dollars thanks Gold Leaf Landscaping. Renovating the house is not the only way to increase value of a property with an acreage. This is also true for a smaller suburban block.
